This alone is a heavy cost to the producer of the chocolate itself. If one doesnt want to pay for this kind of elite fancy. Then find out how to make it yourself and you could produce wonderful truffel and have the experience of flavoring it decorating it and presenting. This experince to me is worth more than the $250.00 and if one is lazy or doestn know how is ones lost, Sorry Charley no money no Honey Part of life one cannot be a conosoure with out paying the price.
