Trimet in Portland, Oregon is 2.40 for a standard ticket. Of course, this article is 2009, so it's possible Chicago's pricing could have also gone up. I think an update to this article is in order.

Like Darjeeling, as was mentioned. First flush single estate darjeeling can be expensive, but IMO it's worth it. I treated myself to 4oz of single estate first flush darjeeling last summer, and it is SO DELICIOUS. Plus since a good black tea can be steeped at least 3 times, it goes a longer way than one would expect. I still have some of it in my cabinet.

there is no point of putting ammo in the buttstock not to mention the piece that opens the buttstock rusts and is hard to open or the fact that the military is going to m4s which dont have any holding capability in the buttstock. Also if the 16s in the military used piston blow back and didnt send the gas straight to the bolt it would be a lot better. You wouldnt have to clean it as often. Not very fun when you 16 shoots a round then jams and Mr. Taliban with the ak is spraying rounds at you in your buddies with no end is sight.

I'm sure this is an average within the town / area, not a specific building. I rented a place in Manhattan which was on sale for $27,986/sqm, which would put New York at #2 vs #6… If you're talking specific buildings there are 4000 sq ft apartments in Manhattan (New York) going for $20M+.

As it is, and for someone who has lived in 4 of the cities above, it seems pretty accurate to me.

that's not bad value considering cost of ingredients. Total cost of the pie: 4000+553+2250+13+84+300= £6900. So that's £862.50 basic cost for each slice not including the glass of champagne which will be worth about £50.

I agree and from my understanding in order for it to be cognac it has to be made from grapes grrown specifically in specific regions in france, and and Im pretty sure it has to come from france as well so your pretty much buying brandy with a snake inside it, so if the decanter was sealed with the snake or its not made out of crystal, and if its not made by remmy martin and it actually says louie IV and not louie XIII, yo ugot ripped of and have the liquid tested before you drink it. Might end up drinking something with formaldeyhde.
