This meal would've been 1/3 of this cost just 10 yrs ago, its so sad how the Asian new money has driven prices up :( Surprising list of wines really.

I'm not rich at all. It was just a once in a blue moon thing. It really is a beautiful place to be. It is located on the 64th floor of Bangkok's State Tower. This restaurant is called 'Dome' because the top of this building is capped by a large gold dome. The views of the Chao Praya River and downtown Bangkok at sunset are stunning. The 'Distil' bar just below the mezzanine floor where 'Dome' is situated makes delicious cocktails with all fresh herbs and top shelf spirits, Liqueur etc. I'd never spend that much money on a meal even if I had the funds to do it but I do enjoy going up to the top of State Tower every so often for a drink and the best view of Bangkok there is.
