Actually as of November, 2010 jailbroken iPods and iPhones are both in fact LEGAL the only thing that is illegal about it is uploading cracked applications to Insallous.

You guys are stealing thousands of dollars of software and boasting it! This is just awful. I have 2 jailbroken iPhones and I can tell you there are free or cheap alternatives to these apps, you don't need to steal them. I just want to point out one thing: Jailbreaking isn't stealing. Its sad that you fellows associate jailbreaking with piracy.
