Most Expensive Movie Actress

Reese Witherspoon is now the most expensive movie actress in Hollywood as reportedly she will be paid $29,000,000 to star in a new horror film, Our Family Trouble. Previously Julia Roberts was known as the most expensive actress for starring in Mona Lisa Smile and being paid $24,000,000 to do so.

Reese was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and raised in Tennessee. Only 29 years old, this expensive movie actress starred in her first film at the age of 15. We shall see how like Reese Witherspoon maintains her status as the highest-earning actress in the history of movies.

Reese Witherspoon won an Oscar for the best actress on Sunday, March 5, 2006 for starring as country singer June Carter in 2005’s Walk the Line.

It was the first Oscar for Witherspoon, 29, who had already won awards for her performance in Walk the Line, including a Golden Globe, BAFTA, and Screen Actors Guild trophy.

Many actors and actresses receive percentage of profits for their roles, but 29 million is the most expensive amount any actress in Hollywood has been payed for starring in a movie. We shall see if Reese maintains her status as most expensive actress in the wold.
